Dr. Katerina Malat, Psychologist

Hi, I am Katerina Malat. I’m a clinical psychologist and my goal is to help you develop understanding into your life and make lasting positive changes. I have experience treating a range of concerns, such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, stress, major life changes, as well as difficulties with relationships, career, and family dynamics (current and past, including childhood emotional neglect). From prior management experience, I’m also familiar with work-place challenges and how they affect mental health; I can help you manage such situations and engage in work you find rewarding. I bring an open, pragmatic, individualized approach to our work, integrating evidence-based treatment, to help you achieve your goals.

Dr. Ragne Pajo, Psychologist

Hello, my name is Ragne Pajo and I’m a clinical psychologist. I offer help with different types of anxiety, panic, depression, relationship and family problems, and stress management, among other concerns. I specialize in trauma treatment and, as a specific area of expertise, I understand the impact of personality disorders in a family and at work, and can help you navigate such complex relationships. I work primarily with adults (age 18 and older), using evidence-based approaches, such as CBT, family systems, mindfulness and acceptance strategies, and tailor treatment to your individual goals and needs. I work to empower you through education and support and take a problem-solving, collaborative approach. Robin Back, Clinical Social Worker

Robin Back, Clinical Social Worker

Hi! I’m Robin and I’m a Clinical Social Worker. With a gentle, non-judgmental, and open approach, I focus on helping adults navigate a range of difficulties, including anxiety, panic, depression, stress, substance use, trauma and insomnia. I am here to help you overcome challenges you face, take charge of what’s holding you back, and get a handle on life, so that you can start living in a way that feels good and meaningful, and also lasts. Together, we will work as a team and at a pace that works best for you, to explore your concerns, work toward your goals and learn new and effective ways of coping. My approach to therapy is tailored to your specific needs and strengths; I draw on evidence-based treatments, including CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Therapy, in a way that works best for you. It’s time to stop struggling and rediscover (or maybe discover for the first time) a sense of purpose and fulfillment. Life is too short to not enjoy it!
