With a gentle, non-judgmental, and open approach, I focus on helping adults navigate a range of difficulties, including anxiety, panic, depression, stress, substance use, trauma and insomnia. I am here to help you overcome challenges you face, take charge of what’s holding you back, and get a handle on life, so that you can start living in a way that feels good and meaningful, and also lasts. Together, we will work as a team and at a pace that works best for you, to explore your concerns, work toward your goals and learn new and effective ways of coping. My approach to therapy is tailored to your specific needs and strengths; I draw on evidence-based treatments, including CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Therapy, in a way that works best for you. It’s time to stop struggling and rediscover (or maybe discover for the first time) a sense of purpose and fulfillment. Life is too short to not enjoy it!
